Job Description


The incumbent will oversee the adoption of the Knowledge Management products and put in place strategies to improve their positioning and usage:

  • Deliver diagnostics of the products usage
  • Analyse the product KPIs (HEART framework) with analytics platform (Matomo and Microstrategy)
  • Recommend strategies to improve usage and positioning of the Knowledge Management products
  • Put in place the selected recommendations in collaboration with the dedicated products managers (communication campaigns, features, product catalogue, etc)
  • Consolidate a regular report for the products
  • Products you could be working on are internal resume, enterprise search, internal social network, video platform, collaborative tools (confluence, sharepoint), etc.


    The main and routine tasks of this position are to:

    Product management

  • Determine product objectives and key performance indicators;
  • Identify user needs through interviews, focus groups and statistics analysis;
  • Ensure the competitiveness of the products vs. the market solutions.
  • Client management

  • Carry out proactive follow ups with end users, in regards of the objectives & key performance indicators;
  • Manage the users’ community to engage in product life.
  • Communication and positioning

  • Build the communication plan associated to each product – positioning, promises, communication channels, etc);
  • Ensure ongoing communications with clients and targeted messages (adaptation based on context, features & users.);
  • Provide a regular reporting on product usage to sponsors & top managers;
  • Carry out all other related tasks.

  • Qualifications


  • University degree in digital marketing or equivalent experience. 
  • Business training or experience an asset.
  • Relevant experience:
    2-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
