Cash Room Attendant

The Cash Room Attendant is primarily responsible for the reconciliation and maintenance of our cash handling process related to the concessions program.

As well as other organizational and administrative tasks assigned as needed. This is a seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage.

Employment will be from May to October. Schedule is made on an event basis. This position requires applicants to work evenings and weekends.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Float Preparation / Reconciliation
  • Change fund reconciliation and maintenance before and after events.
  • Creation of cash deposits per Legends standards.
  • Cashier over / short log maintenance.
  • Cash Pickups from Concession Stands
  • Presentation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Additional Job Functions :

  • Administrative tasks related to concessions operations
  • Lead / train team members to assist in cash deposit creation.
  • Assist with paperwork training
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts.
  • Ensure strict alcohol compliance standards are adhered to
  • Qualifications : Required Qualifications :

  • Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Legends Alcohol Regulations, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and promote team work
  • Ability to use confidential information in an appropriate manner and protect company privacy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision making skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to quickly learn new technology systems
  • Strong Microsoft office skills; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 2 - 3 years work experience in financial or hospitality industry
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
