This is a temporary opportunity with a potential to turn permanent for the right person.
Our client is looking for a driven individual with strong experience performing all payroll functions to join their team in their Burlington office.
The successful individual with have 2+ years of payroll experience working in a fast-paced corporate setting. This role will includes completing all day to day activities for producing the payroll for all employees in a time efficient among other responsibilities such as : -
Strong understanding of general payroll practices and legislation -Monitoring work flow to ensure all employee data is accurate and up to date -
Reviewing timesheets, balancing payroll, and verifying payroll deductions -Posting journal entries and preparing general ledgers as needed in the accounting system -
Processing bi-weekly payroll for all employees in the organization -Preparing all T4’s, ROE’s, and payroll reports -Reconciliation activities as required B6575 Qualifications include : -
2+ years of payroll experience -Payroll designation would be an asset -Strong technical skills with experience using payroll software -
