The Role :

  • Answering customer inquiries via email or phone
  • Enter data into a computer system
  • Ensuring accuracy by comparing data with its original source to verify that it is entered correctly
  • Deleting incorrectly entered data
  • Compiling and sorting data
  • Producing and running reports
  • Keeping a record of what data has been entered
  • Covering Reception when needed
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • 2 years of previous experience as a receptionist and data entry clerk required
  • Minimum speed of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding customer service skills
