The Communications Administrative Assistant works closely with the Director of Communications to keep information flowing within the department, respond to questions and share messages, schedule and handle logistics for virtual and in-

person meetings and more. This involve frequent consultation with the Director and also independent action by this person.

The Communications Administrative Assistant also solicits, receives, acknowledges and refines initial requests for projects to be undertaken by the Communications Department and schedules production : including planning, scheduling, making staff assignments, monitoring and arranging for payment.

This person works independently in this part of the role, consulting with the Director as needed.

The Communications Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Communications and is part of the MCC U.S. Communications Department.
