Department Overview

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB Provides a broad range of analytical and / or process support, research, and execution on projects and special initiatives.

Reviews and provides reporting and operational analytics as input for senior team members and leadership. Contributes to overall deliverables and strategies of the team on a variety of metrics.

May also work with directly or indirectly with clients. This program is designed to attract, develop, and retain top talent within TD.

  • After successful completion of this program, occupants should be prepared to move into a permanent role.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : CUSTOMER : Complete rotation objectives set together with each host at the beginning of each rotation Contribute to, support, and prioritize comprehensive, efficient, and accurate processes to meet and exceed business / client needs and requirements Conduct meaningful qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, and obtain / share internal and external data and best practices Improve processes within area including but not limited to those related to reporting, planning, and forecasting;

    g., Wealth, Business Banking, etc.) to facilitate successful referrals of clients For Technology Solutions Programs : Create code and maintain software, applications, etc.

  • SHAREHOLDER : Contribute to various operational activities and processes as assigned Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality;
