WHAT’S THE JOB?
Join our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.
As a Senior Project Manager , reporting to the Manager, Projects you will provide overall management and direction for several projects and successfully take responsibility for overall project performance including costs, schedule, quality, project status and clients’ satisfaction.
The incumbent may oversee other project team members, project managers, project coordinators, superintendents, project engineers, quality control inspectors, while maintaining relationships with sub-trades and clients.
The position involves subcontractor negotiations, liaising with owners, architects, engineers, and sub-trades as well as management of changes, technical and financial aspects of contracts.
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with the Contract requirements, Company Policies and Procedures, and legislation and labour requirements.
The incumbent may also lead and / or participate in, hiring other project team members.
