Your primary responsibilities as a Voice and Data Network Administrator consist of :
Desired skills, qualifications and experience
Diploma from an accredited college in an IT related discipline with 4 to 6 years experience supporting Cisco voice and data networks.
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) certification required.
CCNA certification required.
Solid understanding of LAN concepts IP routing protocols (BGP and EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, Spanning Tree, etc..).
Experience with WiFi networks and related management tools.
SIP experience preferred.
VMWare 6.x (preferred).
Demonstrated proficiency in problem resolution and troubleshooting.
Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask.
Strong work ethic and a flexible work schedule.
Solid communications skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
