Working with the businesses, you and your team will drive sustainable top and bottom-line growth through supplier innovation, best-
in-class margin and cash management, and highly efficient source-to-pay processes.
The Procurement face to local stakeholders in manufacturing sites related to suppliers service, quality or safety issues.
Be the main connect between Packaging and Raw Materials Spend Area and plants to initiate and execute innovation, productivity and BCP.
Supports local purchasing requests in collaboration with the Spend Area management organization, and manage efficient contracts implementation and acceptance on site.
Day to Day Operational or Project Management responsibilities :
Acts as the single point of contact for the Procurement function for key stakeholders at a plant / country / region.
Primary interface with local business / Integrated Supply Chain & other functions to align business strategy with procurement requirements.
Ensure solid reports on performance in each area, actively participate in the identification of issues and the gaps, in collaboration with the global, regional Spend Areas team (inform / engage stakeholders if needed) and support the definition of improvement plan.
Collaborate with other Direct materials Procurement Specialists (sharing lessons learned, align action plans etc).
Gather local internal customers’ requirements.Provide insights on local supplier market.
Identify with stakeholders any local legal requirements that necessitate an adaptation of the contract or specific communications with suppliers
Support local supplier qualification assessment.
Support the development of the contract implementation plan.
Diffuse and ensure the respect of the Procurement procedures.
Guarantee efficient use of the purchasing systems by all users providing them assistance when necessary.
Build up solid information sharing and collaboration routines with local supply stakeholders to facilitate effective cross-
functional interactions for direct materials.
Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position. Raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue.
Apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
Bachelor’s degree : preferably in business administration or commerce or relevant combination of formal qualifications and additional specialized study

Demonstrated success in business process gained in Sourcing / Purchasing areas
Proven experience working with multifunctional teams
At least 4 years’ experience working in Procurement or Supply Chain environment
Fluent spoken / written English
