We are looking for a team oriented, dynamic and marketing savvy leader with a can do attitude to develop and deliver a strategy for marketing the Chatters brand online.

You will be responsible to lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution and analysis. You will work with our marketing agency and supporting teams and vendors to coordinate and strategize the development, implementation, management and analysis of marketing campaigns, increasing brand loyalty and awareness, driving website traffic and acquiring customer leads.

The Digital Marketing Manager will have a strong business acumen with a full understanding of Chatters marketing needs to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high quality, digital marketing solutions.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing top performer that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to support our office in Mississauga, ON .

A little about the role :

Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Branding you will be responsible for the following :

  • Manage digital channel strategies including SEO, UX, web development, paid media, CRM, email and social media
  • Planning, implementing and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks alongside our digital marketing agency
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing team to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
  • Create SEM strategy across all digital networks, includes writing & editing ad content
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Recommend and track ad execution on budget
  • Working with CRM Manager on customer data analysis as it relates to digital segment targeting
  • SEO knowledge required to advise in online marketing ads, blog posts and website UX
  • Oversee and maintain email marketing and lead nurturing efforts grow subscriber list, work with CRM Manager to target appropriate audiences
  • Work with Social Media Coordinator to maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Review blog articles before they go live and optimize for SEO. Edit and optimize past articles
  • Plan and run conversion testing and other experiments on social ads and website
  • Advise on website landing pages and CTAs optimizing for conversion & UX
  • Responsible for final approval of marketing emails, digital ads and digital flyer
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assesses against goals (ROI, KPIs), provide guidance and recommendation to identify trends
  • Evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • A Little About You :

  • Post secondary degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field
  • 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce with a focus in SEO, Content Creation, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • 5 years’ experience with Google Adwords and Facebook Marketing
  • 3 years’ experience in email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Emarsys an asset)
  • Knowledge of the Beauty Industry an asset
  • Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Highly analytical and an expert in analyzing metrics, identifying trends and developing data driven recommendations and strategies based on insights
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and other marketplace sales channels
  • Expert in curating content and mapping ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest keeping up with the latest trends and platforms
  • Ability to manage project deadlines within cost and time frames
  • Must have strong communication skills, technical skills and problem solving skills
  • Maintain a high level of competence and professionalism when representing Chatters at all times
