Responsibilities :

1) Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts in supply chain solutions to achieve corporate objectives for products and services

2) Develop and manage sales / marketing operating budget

3) Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities

4) Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing program

5) Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities

  • 6) Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures;
  • analyze variances and initiate corrective action

    7) Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; define market, competitor's share and competitor's strengths and weaknesses

    8) Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities

    9) Ensure incremental sales opportunities are maximized whilst maintaining perceived value to customer

    10) Other duties as assigned

    Requirements :

    1) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or a business related field

    2) Minimum 5-10 years of marketing-related experience

    3) Ability to build relationship with key decision makers, community leaders and business owners

    4) Good analytical and budget management skills

    5) Excellent written and oral communication skills
