MeeT is coming to Victoria!
Since opening in 2015, MeeT has grown quickly to three busy locations, each garnering praise and awards including Best Neighbourhood Restaurants in Yaletown / Gastown / and Main St in Vancouver (and now Victoria!), as well as Best Vegan Restaurant in Vancouver (2019- 2021 Georgia Straight Golden Plates).
Our mission is to bring plant-based comfort food to the masses, welcoming vegans and non-vegans alike with food that appeals to everyone! All in a setting that is inclusive, inviting and comfortable.

We offer comprehensive onboarding training, with a passionate, dedicated ownership and operations TeeM, each with decades of experience and success in the industry that are here to support and mentor you.
We work diligently with our KMs to ensure they are educated and effective in the financial performance of their business.
We want to see our management TeeMs hit every bonus program target, and become well-rounded hospitality management professionals.
We work continuously with our KMs, supporting their culinary and creative passion through the production of our weekly features.
We are committed to continuous improvement. Our KMs are invited and welcome to share their views, best practices and to test ideas that will improve the performance of the business and the employment experience of everyone in it.
What We Offer :
Compensation Breakdown :
Base salary is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and performance.
Tip-share amount for KMs is approximately $10,000 per year with arguably the best tip sharing system for cooks you've ever seen.
Bonus program amounts to $5,000 - $10,000 per year depending on the financial performance of the business. Results are rewarded.
Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary + tips, with the maximum including full salary potential, tip + bonus.
