Under the direct supervision of the general management, the administrative technician has a decisive role in supporting the administration by performing certain tasks related to the accounting and administration of the establishment.

Summary tasks : Maintain and track supplier accounts.Maintain and track accounts receivable.Perform staff payroll.Prepare and validate resident billingDrafting of budget report helping the management team in planning.

  • Distribute monthly financial results to the owners
  • Act as coordinator for special projects
  • Update different administrative forms and documents
  • Participate in the management committees to improve procedures
  • Support the general manager in his duties
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with various stakeholders

  • A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
  • Collect degree (DEC)
  • A mastery of Quebec laws governing rental properties
  • Level of spoken language : basic english, advanced french
  • Level of written language : basic english, advanced french
