Responsibilities :

1) Improve program performance through continuous evaluation and refinement of processes and technology

2) Identify opportunities to increase contact center efficiencies and implement key best practices

3) Identify potential clients and decision makers within the client organization

4) Manage effective relationships across a portfolio of existing accounts and target new business throughout the corporate channels

5) Increase the profitability of the company through strategic account management and new business acquisition

6) Manage a pipeline of activity and ensure consistent sales results

7) Develop strategic sales campaign and drive the sales process

8) Direct and co-ordinate supporting sales and presales activities

9) Develop & executive a sales plan to meet quota objectives

10) Work with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements :

1) Bachelor’s degree in a related field

2) Minimum 5 years of experience in the business development

3) Proven track record in exceeding quotas in complex enterprise solutions sales environments

4) Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport among all levels of professionals

5) Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation skills
