Responsibilities

Implementation and support of ERP platforms (e.g. Acumatica)

Monitoring progress against scheduled timeframes throughout the implementation

Keeping management up to date on the project’s progress throughout and escalating issues as appropriate with recommendations / solutions.

Ensuring project deliverables are met as described in the Scope Document and project is within budget.

Demonstrating the understanding of End-to-End life cycle of an ERP Implementation Project

Manage and grow client relationships : Secure role as the Primary Relationship Manager (PRM) with clientEnsure all customer relationships are "referenceable"Cross sell add-on products / upgrades to existing customersCross sell MNP Dev and IT products and services to existing customersCommunicate effectively and engage with customer

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry

Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions

Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

Skills and Experience

Completion of a bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably in computer science or engineering and or CPA Designation

Completion of additional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE II) is considered an asset

10 years of proven project management experience, both functional and implementation

Thorough understanding of the following :

ERP Platforms / Technology

Sold understanding of business process flows

Solid understanding of practical finance concepts from an ERP perspective

Solid technical background with understanding, or hands-on experience, in software development and web technologies

Background in business, management, budgeting and analysis

Thrive when planning projects and working with project teams

Pre-sales exposure

Full life cycle

Leadership abilities

Dynamic personality; Training & mentorship

Experience managing a portfolio of projects

Solution design & Fitgap

Some travel may be required
