About the role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Automation Developer for our Financial Systems, to accomplish various software testing and analysis tasks to improve systems, workflow and profitability.
The scope of the projects, tests and analyses will cover multiple platforms so that the program logic can be thoroughly checked while ensuring the company’s requirements are met and maintain software development environments that support Intact's finance modernization and strategic acquisition programs.
What you’ll do here :
Be the custodian of the quality of our products and deliverables.
Work with business stakeholders, Business Systems Analysts and Developers to ensure quality delivery of software
Follow quality management best practices and processes to bring consistency and completeness to testing
Analyze ERP requirements to ensure quality at all stages of the development cycle.
Develop and execute automation test as well to improve automation Framework.
Create scripts based on business requirements
Create test cases and execute
Raise and track defects in JIRA and follow-up the defects
Look for opportunities to implement more automation in our quality processes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, implement and maintain our products.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table :
Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance in an Insurance or Finance Company required
Experience working with ERP and EPM Cloud financial modules : Ledgers and subledgers Reporting Expense allocations
Require 6-7+ Experience in selenium with Java.
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Java Concepts.
Experience in building TestNG-Selenium Framework.
Must have Knowledge of GIT & various branching strategies.
Experience in CI / CD tools such as Jenkins is required.
Experience in JIRA - Integration with selenium.
Experience in testing in a large-scale program
Other qualifications :
Knowledge of Rest API’s is required.
Should have knowledge & expertise of handling data coming from various interfaces.
Selenium Grid Knowledge is a plus
Parallel Testing Knowledge & approach is a plus.
Internationalization Testing Experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills : Ability to communicate work progress, risks and results
