What success looks like : You’ve successfully completed a number of infrastructure, facilities and building projects, varying in size and scope ideally in a combination of institutional, municipal, commercial, healthcare or education sectors specifically for Indigenous Communities.
Your clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives. Your clients are impressed with your ability to represent their best interests regarding contractual and technical building issues.
Your project teams rely on your ability to manage change, communicate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
You maintain contact with existing and prospective clients and respond to business development and sales opportunities with support from the Business Development Team, Principal or Regional Vice President.
Who you are : We’re looking for experienced project managers who are looking for the right opportunity to leverage their strong reputation in the building and construction industry into a successful leadership role.
You bring a wealth of experience leading projects varying in scope and complexity in a variety of environments and sectors including institutional, education, healthcare, commercial or municipal.
You’re already known as a trusted advisor to your clients and have built strong, lasting relationships with senior leaders and decision makers.
You bring in-depth knowledge and have led and managed complex projects from start to finish on time and on budget. You also maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, keeping them in mind for new business and sales opportunities.

What you bring : Strong knowledge of various construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, as well as building codes, contract law and relevant legislation Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.
Eng., CET, Registered Architect or other similar industry recognized designation is considered a strong asset Bonus skills and experience : Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to effectively influence others and resolve client, project and technical issues Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly proficient in MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel
