Under the supervision of the Director, Marketing and Communications, the incumbent will help implement the firm's marketing and communications strategies, which includes increasing the firm'
s reputation across Canada.
Monitor market events (e.g., conferences, trade shows) and other interesting visibility opportunities for the firm (e.g.
chambers of commerce, regional activities).
Coordinate the firm’s presence at trade shows, conferences and other events, in collaboration with regional directors and the Marketing team.
Help design new BBA marketing and business development tools (e.g., brochures, presentations, etc.).
Participate in developing a strategy for experts who are visible on social media, the website, at external conferences and any other potential public relations activities.
Manage sponsorship requests.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or any other relevant program.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Excellent business writing abilities.
Experience with event logistics and sponsorship management.
Proficient with business presentation software (PowerPoint, Prezi or other).
Proficient with various computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Bilingual (English and French).
Asset : Proficient with graphic design software (Photoshop, etc.)
Asset : Excellent knowledge of web content publishing software and online collaboration sites (SharePoint, etc.)
Asset : Knowledge of WordPress.
