The Banking Operations Deposit Operations team consists of a number of highly motivated and dedicated customer obsessed team members, whose goal is to provide an excellent customer experience in all they do.

As a Fulfilment 1 processor you are ALL IN and works to achieve a deep understanding of the processes, products, systems, applications and tools that ATB uses everyday in the service of our customer’s needs and wishes

The Team : Banking Operations is customer obsessed. Satisfying the needs of new and existing ATB customers by fulfilling requests for their banking needs.

Our team plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service resulting in happiness to Albertans

The Role : As a Customer Fulfilment 1 team member you are driven to provide a WOW experience for customers by always doing the right thing.

  • Job Requirements

  • You will find success based on your ability to;
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of PCO (Posting Control Office) work lists.
  • Process incoming work ensuring departmental guidelines are adhered to.
  • Be flexible, agile and willing to complete various activities as needed.
  • Uses time effectively works on high priority items first. Ability to work within limited time frames
  • Uses judgment and acts within recognized decision when dealing with unusual situations
  • Identify and bring forward any issues or possible risk situations that affect ATB and our customers so that a resolution can be found..
  • Contribute positively to the morale of the team, taking the time to share ideas / success with team members
  • Be flexible, agile and willing to complete various activities as needed.
  • Be personally and fiercely accountable do what needs to be done without being asked or directed
  • Digital Literacy : preferred knowledge of G-Suite and use of technological tools, software and platforms
  • As an ideal candidate you will possess :

  • A drive to learn a wide variety of software applications
  • An aptitude for processing troubleshooting and analysis
  • Predisposed to analyze and solve problems
  • Desire to bring new ideas for innovation
  • Agile or Lean training an asset
