Associate Professional, Account Management - Acronis

Ingram Micro Cloud is a master cloud service provider (mCSP), offering channel partners and professionals access to a global marketplace, expertise, solutions and enablement programs that empower organizations to configure, provision and manage cloud technologies with confidence and ease.

We have a great opportunity available for a Cloud Sales Specialist for Acronis focused on the entire Acronis Cloud offerings , from cyber back-up, disaster recovery services, cloud storage and data protection solutions.

This role is designed to exceed all sales targets, help our channel partners adopt new technologies to transform their companies, effectively communicate the advantages of various cloud solutions, evangelize the benefits of the Ingram Micro cloud portfolio, and help drive cloud adoption and acceleration throughout the IT channel in Canada.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales while expanding existing accounts
  • Understanding of the Acronis Cloud strategy and helping partners realize the benefits they can provide to their customers with all Acronis Cloud has to offer
  • Ability to educate partners on the Acronis Cloud value proposition and relate it back to their business needs
  • Growing profitable sales, activations, and market share of the Acronis Cloud stack
  • Proven ability in helping partners succeed in their journey to the cloud
  • Build Acronis Cloud sales presentations and present them to internal and external customer
  • Work effectively with Vendor Management and Marketing to develop and execute strategies to achieve both Acronis and Ingram sales objectives
  • Effectively communicate and educate channel partners on the benefits of the Ingram Micro cloud strategy
  • Resolving escalations on complex functions of order management with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately track and manage all sales activities and updates within Microsoft CRM pipeline management tool
  • Job Qualifications, Skills, Experience :

  • Demonstrated understanding of the IT industry, the cloud landscape, distribution, and Ingram Micro’s role in each
  • Has experience selling IT back-up services
  • An exceptional focus on customer satisfaction through one-to-one, one-to-many and cross-market activities
  • Be able to work independently and to manage their time across multiple priorities and deliver against agreed targets
  • Proven track record in business development, managing partnerships and delivering against ambitious targets
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communications skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage time effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills, problem solving agility, proven multi-tasking skills
  • Proven capabilities in sales negotiations and operational / transactional experience
  • Requirements :

    University degree or College diploma, minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT services role, and 1 year experience selling cloud services
