Overview :

Our client is looking for a Strategic and Business Planning Consultant to review current related systems and provide expertise and assistance with the creation of a systems roadmap supporting both the organization’s and department’s goals and strategic direction.

This six-month engagement reports to two departmental Directors and has potential to extend.

Things you need to have :

  • Health care experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Human Resource / Employee Experience systems and operations is preferred
  • Experience in multi-collective agreement and complex labour relation environment is preferred
  • Experience developing strategy and roadmap deliverables
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders and executives
  • What you will be doing :

  • Consulting with leadership to discuss strategy and determine staff to be engaged
  • Facilitating meetings with suggested staff, resources, and Employee Experience senior Leadership team
  • Reviewing the current 5-year systems roadmap / plan
  • Reviewing all systems that fall into the purview of this work
  • Identifying technology functionality requirements in order to fit the goals / directions from the senior leadership team of Employee Experience
  • Delivery of full documentation including data flow diagrams, system integration diagrams, roadmaps, and other documents such as PowerPoint summaries and presentations
