In addition to your hourly wage, you’ll have the opportunity to earn incentive pay and commission. No sales experience required! No outbound calls!

You can choose to work from Home or from our new office in downtown Dartmouth, NS, which offers a picturesque view of the Halifax Harbour.

17 per hour plus incentive and commission pay (uncapped), 18 paid days off, plus 12 paid statutory holidays with paid sick days, Health Benefits and Pension and employee discounts! Plus much more!

Your earning potential (salary plus commission, incentive & growth share) could be $35,000 to $50,000 per year*! Or even more!

What calls can you expect?

  • Customer A wants to upgrade to a newer cell phone
  • Customer B wants a review of their services to see if they can save some money
  • Customer C didn’t get the service package they expected and need you to help with a solution
  • Customer D wants more TV channels
  • Customer E wants to know what deals we have on right now
  • We work Rotating shifts between Monday to Friday, 7 : 15 AM to 1 : 00 AM and Saturdays 8 : 30 AM to 9 : 00 PM. Schedules are made in advance because we understand that you have a life to live outside work!

    Employees who work from home are occasionally required to attend in-person meetings in the workplace. To maintain the health and safety of our teams, the successful candidate must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 upon hire, subject to Federal Human rights law.
