Duties & Responsibilities
Provide Help Desk support using internal case management system
Diagnose and troubleshoot technology issues and participate in incident management
Provide detailed technical support both on-site and remotely for various applications, personal computers (MacOS and Windows), printers, faxes, audio-
video equipment, video conference technology, telephony (VoIP) and Apple / Android mobile devices
Ensure office room equipment is checked daily for consistency and functionality
Ensure patch, capacity, and performance management is performed on end user devices
Administer access as per security requirements for Windows, Mac and cloud systems
Demonstrate core values : teamwork, caring, and continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Qualifications :
Diploma or certification in Information Technology (A+, Network+, Microsoft Certification)
Minimum five years of relevant work experience in an IT help desk environment
Experience with Microsoft Windows (7 / 8 / 10), Mac OS, and iOS administration and management
Great troubleshooting skills for end user devices and applications
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills
