The Branch Manager is responsible for managing daily operations with the goal of providing superior service to end customers.
You will oversee the operations of the entire district. You will be responsible for the the Vancouver branch including 20 employees.
You will have full P&L responsibility for the Branch and report to the Canadian VP
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees daily operations
Interface closely with outside sales executives who report to a Regional Sales Director.
Drive Add-On business
Oversees control of the Field Service team with emphasis on superior service at all times
Models on-brand behaviors and protocols while mentoring, coaching and counseling the service team
Responsible for recruiting and retention
Responsible for managing full P&L of the Branch

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
At least five (5) years Management
At least ten (10) Service Industry experience
Experience working with budgets and P&Ls
The successful candidate must also possess :
Working experience with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and Enjoy hands-on work
Good decision-making skills
Degree in Business a plus
Experience supervising field employee’s a plus

Company vehicle, telephone, personal computer, On-brand handheld device
Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing, walking, climbing and lifting on a regular basis.
The ability to drive a vehicle and communicate with others verbally and in writing using the equipment listed above.
