Influence is looking to hire an Event and RecruitingAccount Executive to support our Shopper Engagement Team in execution of 1st class activations for our large portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on field activation excellence.

You will be joining a collaborative team who care about their clients and doing great work!

Offering :

key responsibilities :

Event Related 50 70% of time :

  • Day to day management of field staff across multiple clients
  • Assist in development and maintenance of Brand Ambassadors activating events at select retailers across Canada
  • Provide support and ideation program development & preparation of training materials, and facilitate working contract process
  • Monitor field KPIs
  • In coordination with team / client, develop and schedule events directly with field team
  • Create proactive contingency plans to replace non-performing staff
  • Ensure shows are fully staffed at all times
  • Arrange set-up and tear down of show assets
  • Ensure delivery and comprehension of training materials to the field
  • Generate post-event reports
  • Manage Brand Ambassador performance
  • Lead field communications
  • Build & strengthen positive field relationships nurture the field
  • Ensure client requests are met in a timely and service-oriented manner
  • Coordinate events directly with third party agency
  • Prepare documents related to staff pay and invoicing the client
  • Navigate existing database to source experienced staff to work shows
  • Recruiting Related 30 50% of time :

  • Recruit candidates to generate pool of qualified applicants to fill field positions
  • Screen / interview applicants
  • Introduce creative ways to attract new talent to build our staff pool
  • skills & experience required :

  • 2-4 years field and event management experience
  • 1-3 years recruiting experience
  • Highly organized, able to identify and action priorities
  • Ability to work on multiple events running concurrently
  • Meet deadlines, display high sense of urgency
  • Take initiative to suggest process improvements
  • Work in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communications, verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft office; Excel, PowerPoint, along with confidence navigating new system tool used to support the business
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
