The Job Opportunity :
Coordinate logistics needs for the Lumber Sales department and ensure metrics (Key Performance Indicators) are met
Assist in negotiating volume contracts with truck carriers
Interact with internal / external customers in English and French to ensure high quality customer service
Ensure transactional functions are done correctly within established system processes
Manage data in carrier fleet in systems; E1, CARMA, Mercury Gate
Provide innovative new ideas to make process improvements
