Why is this role important?
What you’ll do :
Build andmanage a team responsible for all aspects of booking, optimizing and delivering media across both owned & operated propertiesand external programmaticand social platforms.
Manage the ad technology stack and related 3rd-party vendors on a day-to-day operational basis
Implement and monitor workflows to achieve targeted spend, performance, yield for media campaigns ensuring necessary internal and external KPIs are met
Strictly adhere to legal and compliance guidelines; regarding access and exposure to sensitive and confidential information
Act as the internal expert and support channel for ad-related operational & technical business aspects (i.e. site tagging for owned & operated sites, DMP and DSP user sync optimization, campaign and performance troubleshooting as required)
Work closely with the product team to help define new ad products
Work closely with the sales team to help define product value position for the client
Present new products and technology possibilities to internal and external stakeholders
Develop and maintain an executive-level analytic dashboard to track and measure success metrics
Perform process improvement audits, implementing new workflows, test new platforms and measuring efficiencies of the changes related to ad technology framework
Work cross-functionally with different departments of the company and ensure that appropriate feedback and is gathered
