    The Product Marketing team is a core company department that plays at both strategical and tactical level. A dynamic changing environment with direct responsibility on company results.

    We actively participate on the decision making that defines the direction of the company and its products. Our position in the company allows us to have a 360 degree view of the business as we closely collaborate with Product Management, Development, Sales and Marketing.

    The CCM Senior Product Marketing Manager is a global position that will provide the candidate an alternative to make a difference for the company and the market.

    The candidate will be able to drive, an leading portfolio of products and solutions, to maintain and expand market leadership.

    You Are Great At

  • Drive customer and CCM market insights to define the Value Proposition
  • Define and execute a sound strategy and plan that drives revenue, awareness and market adoption for cloud and on-prem CCM solutions
  • Maximize conversion and win rates
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to define the product roadmap
  • Expand OpenText CCM category leadership with key analysts
  • What It Takes

  • 10 years of experience in the enterprise software industry with at least 5 years of experience in the CCM market from a technology, sales or user perspective
  • Understand the on-prem and cloud business models
  • Should be able to work and persuade other Managers, Directors and VPs
  • Self-motivated, autonomous and project leader
  • Results oriented individual with ability to work in cross departmental teams
  • Positive and can-do attitude
