About the Role

  • Achieve sales objectives for wireless products through exceptional customer service.
  • Develop, maintain and communicate up-to-date product knowledge, accessories and other products stocked by Best Buy Mobile and competitors.
  • Keep up to date with all current promotions, while maintaining strict impartiality and integrity.
  • Answer questions regarding products, services, operation and maintenance and educate the customers on product usage.
  • Provide coaching, training and motivation to Mobile Specialist as needed to achieve sales goals and high standards of customer service.
  • Model, demonstrate, train and reinforce Solve-CARE, GSP / GSRP, Services and Accessory selling processes.
  • What you have to Offer

  • 1 year of retail supervisory experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience selling mobile products
