Our client, located in Woodstock, Ontario is looking to hire multiple Customer Service Representatives for their call center.

These are full-time roles and various shifts are required. Hours range between 7am-11pm. Some weekends are required as well.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers (Word, Excel) and able to troubleshoot issues
  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Reliable transportation to Woodstock
  • Ability to learn technical information quickly and apply it to troubleshoot
  • Job Duties :

  • Candidates will be working in an inbound contact center providing technical support on cable, internet and mobile issues
  • Responding to customer inquires, requests and complaints via telephone, email and Internet
  • Candidates will provide call backs, ticket and tasks, ticket creation, escalation and reviewing documentation
  • Communicating customer feedback to the Technical Support Team Lead / Manager as well as assisting their peers
  • Ensure that all department objectives are achieved
