Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) one of the world's premier sports and entertainment companies, owns the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), Toronto Raptors (NBA), Toronto FC (MLS), Toronto Argonauts (CFL), Toronto Marlies (AHL), Raptors 905 (NBA D-League), TFC II (USL) and Raptors Uprising Gaming Club, the Toronto Raptors Esports franchise in the NBA 2K League.

Job Description

As a valuable member of the Global Partnerships department, you will assist with daily planning and administrative tasks related to game night activation and the execution of sponsor inventory for Corporate Partners of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto FC, Toronto Marlies, Toronto Raptors and Toronto Argonauts.

  • Assist the Global Partner Sales and Service team on a variety of projects.
  • Help coordinate Global Partnership events.
  • Manage and organize the partner photo catalog.
  • Assist in execution of partner promotions and contests.
  • Manage inventory of autographed merchandise.
  • Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies while working in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as required.
  • Qualifications

  • Must be available Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm with some flexibility based on need
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a focus in a sports, public relations or communications related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Be a self-starter
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Able to exercise diplomacy and tact at all times
