Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 5 month contract in Downtown Toronto!

Pay : $23 / hour

Hours : Monday to Friday anytime between 8am and 8pm. Shifts will be 7.5 hours long

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to :

  • Providing customer service to internal and external clients, Advisors and Investors requiring additional support with Investor Services
  • Provide professionalism and composure when dealing with clients
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Interacting with team members
  • Participate in monthly meetings and evaluations
  • Daily and monthly reporting to management in relation to personal and team metrics
  • Escalate problematic issues to management

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service or contact centre experience
  • Strong client service mentality
  • Mutual funds experience an asset
  • IFIC or CSC in progress or completed an asset
  • Clear criminal and credit check
