Bench is post Series B, capitalized by a team of Silicon Valley and New York investors. We’re scaling fast and we’re not slowing down anytime soon.

In just a few short years, we’ve grown from four co-founders to over 250 Benchmates. It’s been quite the ride so far and we’re looking for the brightest minds who love solving tough problems to join us on this incredible leg of our journey.

  • Our physical workspace is where we spend a lot of our time. We’ve spent many thoughtful hours creating a useful, beautiful, and enjoyable office environment for our employees;
  • and we’re looking for someone who can not only take the reins, but help us make it even better. The job is more than ordering avocados and scheduling meetings, it’s about understanding and enhancing the inner workings of the Bench ecosystem.

    Some of the things you’ll be getting up to : Managing the Bench office, you’ll be the go-to for designing and maintaining both the office space and experience for all Benchmates You’ll be responsible for managing the team of folks in charge of office administration and building operations, that means helping them succeed through coaching, development and unblocking problems as they occur Be responsible for expense and budget management in your department Overseeing our in-

    office perks and supplies, like selection and ordering of snacks, beverages and the other items needed Own the relationships with our vendors and building management Coordinate Bench events : location scouting, catering, set up and tear down Assist with office moves and expansions as needed Focus on employee experience.
