Description

Our government client is seeking an experienced coordinator or Poliy and Protocol as it pertains to hospitality.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required

Tasks - Deliverables

  • Analysis, research and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) dealing with Protocol in order to host properly foreign delegations in Canada.
  • Identifying data and information requirements to determine the implications of policy proposals. Participating in interdepartmental briefings and consultation on policy.
  • Experience in organizing official government functions;
  • Experience drafting manuals or instructional material;
  • Knowledge of Government of Canada protocol standards and hospitality.
  • Ability to consolidate information from multiple sources in order to make recommendations to management; Teamwork;
  • Effective interpersonal relations.
