River Rock is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to provide executive administrative support while maintaining complete confidentiality, diplomacy and tact at all times.
You will need to be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and must be adaptable and quick to learn.
Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures motivates and leads by example and provides a learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
Duties and responsibilities for our next Operations Coordinator will include :
Preparing confidential correspondence
Attending Executive and Department Manager Meetings; preparing and distributing minutes accordingly
Preparing budget documents and presentation
Providing support to different committees as required
Gathering, preparing and distributing confidential information and materials on a regular basis
Assists on Project / proposals and policies and procedures as required
Acting as the point of contact for requests for charitable donations
Organizing special events as required
Maintaining comprehensive records on budget expenditures
Liaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departments
Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders : guests, management, vendors and team members
Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Performs other duties as assigned or directed
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications :
Proficient of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service-oriented communication
Extremely detailed oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment; able to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and making recommendations for improvements to process and tools
A commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guests
A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development
