  • Responsible to deliver a high service level to BRP’s dealer network and consumers while ensuring efficient management of human and financial resources;
  • Lead a team and develop employee engagement through dynamic and inspiring leadership, aligned with critical business performance objectives that have significant impact for our dealers;
  • Implement innovative ways to operate the department and ensure continuous improvement on key opportunities by using strong analytic capabilities, change management skills and sound udgment;
  • Ensure strong working partnerships with key business partners and stakeholders;
  • Provide input on strategic alignment and vision to successfully deliver key objectives.

  • Demonstrated success in building and executing internal processes, problem solving skills and transfer of best practices.
  • Strong negotiation, verbal and written skills.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a management position (powersports experience a plus).
  • Possess a College or University degree in Management, Human Resources or other related studies.
  • French 5 / 5, English 5 / 5
