The Service Dispatch Coordinator builds relationships with customers by promptly answering inbound phone calls and are responsible for the timely coordination and dispatch of road service technicians’ to customers’ locations nationally while monitoring the integrity of the system information.

These service calls could be a regular scheduled visit to keep their equipment in optimum condition or a breakdown situation that could potential impede their business productivity, and thus the Service Dispatch Coordinator makes a detrimental impact to their customers.
They work within a territory zone collaborating with internal and external customers to ensure GNJ work orders move through the internal process in an efficient manner, including updating JDE until completion (billing).

The ideal candidate is committed to serving customers by having strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and excellent communication skills both verbally and written to work with customers and collaborate with road service, management, and rentals.

Shift : Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm (1 hour lunch) with flexibility between 7 am - 6 pm to support business needs nationally.
