What you'll do

Supervisor : Media Manager

This position will work in a team atmosphere alongside other members of the online marketing group as well as the offline advertising and promotions teams.

It is a fast-paced and demanding environment and, as such, strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills are essential

Media Planning

  • Support the media manager & planner in the following tasks : Development of the media presentation documents and media plans
  • Media buying & execution

  • Support the media team in the following tasks : Monitoring of budgets, order approvals (PO) and invoicesEnsuring compliance of the ads and the proper functioning of advertisementsCoordination of the delivery of creatives, supplying specs, giving clear / reasonable delivery timelines
  • Manage the trafficking for all media campaignsCreation of trafficking planCoordination of creation of tags & trackers by the trafficking agencySend tags & trackers to partners & internal buyersReporting
  • Demonstrate proactivity and high reactivity in activity, in other words, a capacity to propose optimization recommendations at a day to day level, changing / updating a campaign with short notice and offering answers
  • Paid Social Media Campaigns

  • Manage all aspects of the day to day operations of the social paid media campaigns, including (but not limited to) the implementation, delivery, optimization, coordination of creative content, and invoice management with the help of the assistant media planner
  • In charge of sharing social paid media learnings with key stakeholders on a regular basis
  • What you bring

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • 2+ year experience in media planning and strategy
  • Must have strong organizational skills; be detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks / projects
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • A strong team player with strong interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, bilingual (French / English)
  • Curious, willing to learn, passionate about digital performance marketing, resourceful, and a team player
  • Strong knowledge of gaming and online culture
