The Role :

  • Being the first point of contact for walk-in clients and customers
  • Obtaining and processing information required to provide services in a timely manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls as well as relay any messages to proper individuals
  • Perform other duties, such as filing, sorting and distributing mail, photocopying, faxing
  • Data entry of customer information, product information, and invoices
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Completed college / CEGEP / vocational or technical training
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent data entry speeds and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Accounting software and Database software
  • 1+ year of experience as a Receptionist
  • Additional Information :

    Monday - Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm

    Starting salary is $13 / hour
