Job Description

Brainrider is looking for a Presentation Designer who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a desire to combine the fundamentals of design with strong presentation development.

The candidate will primarily be working in PowerPoint and Keynote, but we are not looking for the average user. We are looking for a designer and innovator who can collaborate to create meaningful presentations with motion graphics using PowerPoint and Keynote.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and loves a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a passion for their craft and teamwork.

You will work closely with the creative directors, cross-functional stakeholders, content leads, subject matter experts, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Create presentations (PowerPoint / Keynote) designs that clearly communicate the client's brand and products to the business community
  • Design images, charts and infographics to effectively communicate key messages and simplify complicated data (Using Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Create, emails and other marketing materials for internal programs, events and announcements.
  • Apply creative layout solutions to design and edit presentations
  • Build, brand and style presentations, tools, and materials for Engagement and Development programs
  • Ensure projects meet technical requirements, objectives and timelines while upholding corporate brand standards
  • Lead and own projects with various stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance / art direction
  • Work within brand guidelines
  • Develop materials and design systems for scaled communications
  • Represent the B2B creative team in cross-functional teams and meetings as the visual communication design expert
  • Drive brand consistency and creative expression of the client's B2B brand
  • Qualifications

  • Strong conceptual portfolio featuring presentation decks, design systems, information design
  • Deep expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Demonstrated ability to tell data-driven stories with easy-to-understand visuals
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly explain design concepts and solutions and accept constructive feedback
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment & manage intensive workload
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach to starting tasks and the dedication required to complete them
  • At least 7-10 years of directly related experience
  • Eager positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive team player
