Our client, a real dynamic leader in the industrial and manufacturing field, is looking for a sales administration coordinator for a full-time, permanent position!

Sales Administration Coordination / Montréal-Est (Anjou) / Full time - permanent

Responsibilities :

  • Direct communication with clients
  • Time management, planning
  • Development and maintenance of the tightness of the customer and prospect database
  • Developed and demonstrated sense of customer service
  • Respect of deadlines
  • Profile sought :

  • Level of university education and sales and / or administration
  • Fluency in written and oral communication
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Bilingual French / English verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Know ance in retail techniques and Plan-O-Gram design (an asset)
  • Natural ability for teamwork and autonomy
  • Result-oriented
  • Sense of priorities, and multi-tasking
