Service Delivery Lead / Business Analyst Payment hub development
Drives project and teams towards target date in an Agile technology project delivery environment (ideally related to Commercial or Retail Payments)
Experience leading onshore and offshore development teams as a service delivery lead or lead BA
Strong understanding of SDLC and experience working with complex integrated activities
Dynamic, empowered individual, not afraid to ask questions and doesn't accept status quo
Ability to set and manage client stakeholder expectation. Experience with developing plans, status, business reporting including executing plans to return to Green when required
Demonstrate strong project management capabilities including managing risks / issues, associated mitigation activities plans,
Hands on approach to leading teams and project delivery, integration with teams and stakeholders
Presentation and Facilitation general ability to prepare executive messaging and options / recommendations based on team's inputs.
Can lead meetings and step in to reset agenda as needed
Strong communication skills able to share progress at varying levels of impacts groups : project / core weekly status, weekly program updates and broader stakeholder management"
