Position at Moneris Solutions Corporation
The purpose of this role is to be an SME on Moneris solutions and payment industry trends and requirements. It will act as a strategic partner to the Sales and Customer Consultant’s teams to assist in discussions with clients.
This role will engage with the customer business and technology teams to present the Moneris solutions and understand the customer’s requirements in both short and long term.
This role will work along with Sales, Solutions Consultant, Product and Technology teams to develop a strategy for engaging in the discussion with the clients.
Your responsibilities include :
Act as subject matter expert on Moneris solutions with knowledge on Moneris capabilities to satisfy customers current and future needs
Strategic partner to the Sales and Customer Consultant’s team to assist in discussion with clients to uncover new business
Trusted advisor to Moneris’ clients for strategic discussions on payment technology and trends
Provide in depth technical expertise with respect to Business and Technical Requirements Documents associated with new products and initiatives, communicating feedback to the client integration team and within the organization as necessary
Develop and maintain effective relationships and partnerships internally and externally to support the achievement of business objectives.
Consult multiple client integration projects
Your experience includes :
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science / Information Technology) or in a related field
5+ years of technical sales support experience, with the proven to support and / or lead both pre and post-sales activities
Previous experience in the payment industry considered an asset
4+ years’ experience on customer relationship management
Knowledge of payment processing industry, processing infrastructure, and related technologies
Understanding of communication protocols, application API, and solutions architecture is considered an asset
Excellent negotiation and time management skills
Strong project management skills
Strong results-orientation and ability to execute on strategy
