Your contribution :
Performing inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department.
Develop strong relationships with customer and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Listen to customer needs and take action, ensure to keep detailed records of all interactions with customers.
Handle all customer queries and concerns with a genuine intent to solve their problem.
Make reminder phone calls for service appointments and respond to emails in a understandable and timely manner.
Updates the CMS after every contact with a customer.
Ensure paperwork is organized and completed in a timely fashion.
Stay up-to-date on the Honda training program and be knowledgeable about new features, specials and updates.
Actively maintain the cleanliness of personal and team work spaces.
What it takes to be part of our dynamic team :
Excellent customer service skill, and possess well developed telephone skills- 1 year customer service experience.
Attention to detail with strong organization skills.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office / Excel) with ability to learn new programs.
Ready to work in a fast paced environment requiring multitasking, and ability to work effectively against deadlines.
Ability to manage customer complaints and possess problem solving skills.
Interpersonal skills to effectively work with other members of the Service Department.
Adaptable- open to taking on new tasks as needed, and working evening / weekend shifts.
Automotive / call center experience would be an asset.
