This position requires full flexibility to work 8 hour rotational shifts between the hours of 6am & 11pm, Monday to Sunday (including Stat holidays).

  • WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Reporting to the Supervisor, Member Rescue, you’ll plan, assign and monitor road service requests to maximize fleet and service provider productivity.
  • Maintain a high level of competence and professionalism when it comes to operating and maintaining digital and voice communications.
  • Make sure our AMA resources are used efficiently and cost effectively.
  • Ensure that members receive the highest quality of road service by working with a sense of urgency.
  • Here's where the juggling part comes in; Be able to manage multiple tasks i.e. giving detailed instructions over the phone while also attending to a variety of calls on the computer.
  • Work a variety of shifts (including evenings and weekends) as we're open 24 / 7 and be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • WHAT YOU'VE DONE

  • You have a high school diploma.
  • You’ve worked in a customer service role before.
  • You excel in a team environment.
  • You have strong verbal communications skills.
  • You’re comfortable working on a computer and know your way around computer applications.
