This position is accountable to provide the highest levels of internal and external customer support. This encompasses accurate order taking, invoicing, inventory movements / counts and processing purchase order requisitions and other related tasks.

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be the expert in accurate order taking, invoicing, inventory movements / counts and processing purchase order requisitions and other related tasks.
You will be responsible for professionally analyze and answer internal and external customer inquiries, and assist in extracting related reports.
