Sorry, this service is unavailable for the moment Digital designer The Digital Designer is responsible for the creation, adaptation and consistent delivery of Bath Fitter creative across a variety of digital channels including online banners ads, digital display, websites, landing pages and social media.
In addition, the Digital Designer plays an important role in protecting Bath Fitter’s brand image, ensuring consistency across all media.
The ideal candidate is a creative, conceptual thinker who has strong communication skills, passionate and has a strong skillset in digital marketing, graphic design and social media. Tasks and Responsabilities
Build website / landing page layouts and designs, from sketches, wireframes to completion;
Create and adapt designs to be responsive; desktop, mobile and tablet devices;
Cross browser testing to ensure consistency;
Create and integrate digital designs for banners, newsletters, infographics, landing pages, and emails;
Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
Create engaging videos / animations for various social media platforms.
Manage all network creative digital design requests, completing within required deadline timing;
Implement design feedback and seek timely clarification when necessary.
Design and integrate content for social media platforms that reflect the brand identity;
Maintain brand integrity / consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications
Participate in creative brainstorming meetings contributing new ideas for marketing campaigns.
Understand and follow established brand positioning and visual style guidelines;
Conduct research and propose, as needed, graphic concepts in the form of mock-ups or storyboards;
Contribute to management for video and audio files;
Proofread to produce accurate, on brand and high-quality work;
E.C. and / or university degree in graphic design or equivalence.
Minimum of 5 years experience in digital design.
Knowledge of User interface (UI) and / or User experience (UX).
Familiar with technology issues and implications for customer experience, including cross-platform and cross-browser issues.
Bilingualism, French and English (written and spoken); English is a must.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Creative, conscientious, methodical and organized.
Positive team player, self-manage multiple projects from start to finish in a timely manner, and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
Capable of working well both independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency with design andamp; prototyping tools (InVision, Photoshop, lllustrator, InDesign, etc).
Knowledge of Mailchimp, Constant Contract and / or other email platforms.
Thorough knowledge of all social media platforms and their best practices.
Skills in motion and animation using Adobe Spark, After EffectsPremiere, or equivalent an asset.
Jira, Wrike or similar agile task-management platform
