Our Director of Supply Chain is a key position responsible for daily leadership and direction in the Supply Chain team. Coupled with a wealth of Supply Chain experience, this role is required to have strong interpersonal skills to provide leadership to vendors, internal stakeholders and ultimately our customers and consumers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of business demand
Directs and coordinates North American supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction
Build strategic partnerships with our vendors, Restaurant General Managers, and Operation team to ensure product supply at optimal cost
Work with Finance to ensure our operational costs are well managed and any risks are appropriately shared to ensure our supply consistency can be well trusted
In collaboration with supply chain team and other departments, determine expectations and accountabilities for reporting in the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives
Participate in projects / process to resolve short and long-term internal / external customer issues or initiatives
Manage strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or equivalent experience
8+ years Supply Chain experience with strong knowledge of supply chain management in Chain Catering or Chain Store industries, especially in North American region
Familiarization with E-commerce, Fresh Food produce and supply, and / or Central Kitchen will be a great asset.
Experienced in development / documentation of Supply Chain SOP’s procedure manuals for all key operational processes; familiar with product inventory and SKU level management and optimizing.
Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues, plan improvements, measure success.
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and independently and as part of a team.
Superior interpersonal / verbal / written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
Effective decision making
Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (verbally and written) in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
