Jacob Bros Construction is hiring Traffic Control Persons (TCP / Flaggers) for projects in Victoria, BC.

Shifts are typically 10 hour days, 5-6 days per week.

Responsibilities :

  • Stop, slow, and safely direct traffic through construction sites and work zones
  • Operate hand held radios to communicate with crew
  • Site maintenance and other duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • BCCSA Traffic Control Person (Required)
  • One (1) year flagging experience with a privately held or family-owned general contracting business is preferred
  • Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
  • No rotations or LOA will be given
  • Rewards :

  • Full-time, permanent employment (approximately 50 hours per week)
  • Overtime rate after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week
  • Double time rate after 12 hours per day
