YOUR KEY REPONSABILITIES
Take ownership of the delivery of projects related to the improvement of processes and technologies;
Ensure approval of key deliverables;
Make decisions about the management and content of its projects by consulting key people and other stakeholders;
Identify and raise risks and issues and manage mitigations and their resolution;
Align organisational vision and goals of the transformation with projects deliverables;
Partner with IT, R&D, Marketing, Design, Legal, Finance and external partners to ensure projects successes across the lifecycle;
Influence decision-makers in defining priorities and developing the roadmap for continuous improvement of the various processes and tools needed for product management and development.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
Minimum of five (5) years of experience;
Autonomous, you have leadership and drive to radiate positive and innovative thinking helping you and the team to deliver challenging projects;
Mandatory bilingualism written and spoken (English / French);
Experience working in matrix contexts;
Communicates effectively by expresses ideas clearly and concisely;
Excellent ability to plan and manage priorities.
